Antique Retractable Multi-Tool Pencil & Hook

I would like to introduce an antique multi-tool.

A small multi-tool that can be used as a fob for pendants, Albert chains, etc.
It contains a propulsion pencil and a small button hook.
The decorative stones have come off and there is deterioration over time, but it has a very antique atmosphere.

– All but 4 light blue stone decorations are gone.
