Introducing a Swiss Modernista pocket watch from the early 20th century
This is a rare type of pocket watch with jumping hours and retrograde movement.
When the time changes with Jumping Hour, the numbers in the small window at the top click and change.
A retrograde minute hand moves half a revolution from 0 to 60 and then suddenly returns to 0 again.
Although it is occasionally seen in quartz wristwatches, it is a rare type in mechanical pocket watches.
We hope this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one for you!
