This serving bowl with handles is one of Silvia Ks favourites to make, due to its large proportions that require heavy lifting and high energy. As a result of its generous dimensions, her signature colours and shapes have plenty of space to express themselves fully. Its handmade in terracotta clay note how shes intentionally left a portion unglazed to highlight the materials beautifully rich colour, while the speckles around the edges are a result of the iron finding its way through the grey tin glaze. This may vary by design, which is only indicative of the unique, handmade nature of her work.
